I am a multimedia artist, cinematic poet, and movement & memory archivist, weaving together film, photography, sound, and storytelling to capture the essence of Black life, joy, and resistance. My creative practice is deeply rooted in mindfulness, movement, and community narratives, blending experimental visual art with guided meditation and Kemetic yoga.
My background in print and digital media, including contributions to Tre Magazine, has shaped my approach to storytelling. Through speaking, writing, editing, and visual composition, I’ve worked to center Black voices, social justice, and holistic wellness. This foundation informs my documentary filmmaking, poetic visual collages, and digital artwork, where I explore themes of healing, history, and collective memory.
I am available for freelance opportunities in scriptwriting, editorial work, and digital content creation, bringing a mindful and artistic lens to every project I touch.
